Final cleaning is NOT included in the rental price: 80 euros per stay.
In our price all other costs are included: gas, electricity, water, WIFI, use of the underground car park in the closed garage, bicycle storage, etc… .
The deposit is € 300,- outside the rental price.
No pets allowed.
Arrival from 16:00 hrs.
Departure before 10:30 am.
Reservation and payment conditions
Upon reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total amount must be paid immediately.
In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the holiday: 100% refund. In case of cancellation between 3 months and 6 weeks before the start of the holiday: 75% refund. In case of cancellation between 6 weeks and 3 weeks before the start of the holiday: 50% refund. If you cancel within the period of 3 weeks before your holiday, there will be no refund.
We therefore recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
